Harassment Policy 

The Board established the following "Harassment Policy". The policy provides the Board subjective authority to deem communications from members of the association as harassment, defines the extent to which the Board must respond to a member's request to deem the issue as "closed", prohibits members from having any contact with a vendor that is under contract with the Board, and, among other things, gives the Board authority to deny a member's rights if they are deemed to be in violation of the policy.

This policy has made its way into the local realtor community.
