This is a shell of a website that I put together in 2019 to help the Board communicate their efforts to the community. It used to be called the Presidents Page. It was never adopted so I thought I would us it to communicate with you now.

Tf this is your first time to this page, welcome.

If you have been here before then the last time you viewed this page it recommended that you replace everyone on last year's board, including myself, and vote in Richard Vincent to help get the board back on track by creating clear policies and procedures that would protect the association. Richards's extensive background in board operations quickly put the board on a productive path. With the goal of setting up the following board for great success by providing a well-developed program we had a very productive start.  Things were looking good until the same maneuvering that destroyed last year's board began again. Unfortunately, key individuals that ham strung last year's board were able to get on this year's board and after about two months the same shenanigans started. In the February-March timeframe, both Richard and I determined that, to put it simply, we did not have time to serve on the board under the circumstances.

Projects

Each Project has a dedicated page that will clearly identify the goal, considerations and status of the project. Additionally, you will find the contact information of the individual who has stepped up to take charge and positively impact our community thru their own efforts.

Donate

You've paid your financial dues.  Fiscal prioritization, transparency and accountability are key factors to our success as an HOA. Each project page will indicate cost in terms of dollars and, where applicable, man hours spent. If you have some time that you can donate, please contact us and volunteer!

Get Involved

If you have an issue, by all means bring it to the Board's attention!! However, since you found it first, you may have had a little time to think about the impact that it is having and solutions that we may consider. What can you do to be a part of the solution? Volunteer your time and experience.

Latest Project

The Fence: Our beautiful horse fence is definately in need of repair. The Board is researching available options to address the fence to get it looking good while balancing time and cost priorities. A group of neighbors have been working together to begin repairs in the meantime. Want to help? Let me know! We'd be happy to make a place for you on the team!!
